One thing I have actually noticed is always that there are plenty of common myths regarding the banking institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosures. One fairy tale in particular would be the fact the bank needs to have your house. Your banker wants your cash, not the house. They want the funds they lent you along with interest. Avoiding the bank will draw any foreclosed realization. Thanks for your posting.
You\’ve cptareud this perfectly. Thanks for taking the time!
